Fördepromenade and quay wall redevelopment of the western harbour incl. Norderkaiplatz and Platz am Wasser, 24939 Flensburg, deconstruction work and explosive ordnance sounding, ref. 204/2020.
Fördepromenade and quay wall redevelopment of the western harbour including Norderkaiplatz and Platz am Wasser, 24939 Flensburg, deconstruction work and explosive ordnance sounding, file no. 204/2020: For the extension of the Fördepromenade, explosive ordnance sounding is required in the working area of the floating equipment working there in the course of the construction project, in the route of the planned sheet piling construction and at the planned locations of foundation piles. In order to be able to take the results of the soundings into account in the planning of the promenade, this work is being brought forward. The subject of the present invitation to tender is the advanced deconstruction work and explosive ordnance soundings for the overall measure Fördepromenade and quay wall redevelopment Hafen West including Norderkaiplatz and Platz am Wasser.These include the following works:Partial deconstruction of the existing quay wall:- Deconstruction of existing bank crane track;- Caps and deconstruction of existing dolphins;- Caps and deconstruction of existing reinforced concrete piles;- Deconstruction of existing reinforced concrete slabs;- Small-scale soil removal;- Partial deconstruction of equipment (fence elements, lamps, etc.).Explosive ordnance sounding of the planned working areas of floating equipment, the sheet pile wall axis and foundation pile locations of the later promenade construction in coordination with the Schleswig-Holstein Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service (KMRD):- Deep soundings in the area of planned pile foundations;- Deep soundings in the route of a planned sheet pile wall (water area);- Deep soundings in the route of a planned sheet pile wall (land area);- Deep soundings in the area of a suspected area;- Deep soundings in the area of proven anomalies at depths below approx. depth soundings in the area of detected anomalies at depths below approx. 1.3 m below the bottom of the water;- exposure of detected anomalies down to depths of approx. 1.3 m below the bottom of the water by divers, if necessary salvage of scrap metal;- exposure of detected anomalies below approx. 1.3 m below the bottom of the water by divers, if necessary salvage of scrap metal;- exposure of detected anomalies below approx. 1.3 m below the bottom of the water by divers, if necessary salvage of scrap metal 1.3 m below the bottom of the body of water by divers using a salvage pipe or similar, if necessary salvage of scrap metal;- exposure of existing reinforced concrete/wood piles up to 1.0 m below the bottom of the body of water in suspected areas in preparation for capping by divers, if necessary salvage of scrap metal.
