Description
Pollutant cleanup, gutting and selective deconstruction of 3 buildings (theatre, administration building, workshop hall), total BRI approx. 18 200 m³ incl. deconstruction of asphalt sealing (approx. 7 700 m2) and excavation work on partially contaminated soil (approx. 1 600 m³). Pollutant cleanup including extensive work on partially weakly bound asbestos products (pipe insulation, fire dampers, floor flex tiles, window paints, bitumen sheeting, tile adhesives, fire doors, IT seals, wall, ceiling and facade plasters, asbestos cement products) as well as on building materials with a high DDT content (interior and facade coatings, roof truss wood).
