Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood (MICC-FH) is issuing a Sources Sought for a possible firm fixed price construction contract.  MICC-FH is seeking contractors capable of demolition, site preparation, and build a proposed Hangar in specified location. The location of this work will be performed on Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition is under NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard $36.5 Million).
All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood Military Installation, at Fort Hood, TX. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a government contract award.
It is requested that all interested parties provide their Capability Statements and contract numbers with contract POC for any contracts of similar work performed by 2:00 PM CST on May 20, 2019.
