Description

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH), represented by the central awarding office of the Ministry of the Interior and Sport (ZVST) - organisationally linked to the Hamburg Police - intends to conclude a purchase contract for the delivery of up to 4 vehicles of equipment wagons for ambulance service with equipment according to the loading plan for the Hamburg fire brigade.
The acceptance of three vehicles with award of contract is firmly confirmed. The client reserves the right to order another vehicle during the contract period.
In order to verify the suitability of the tenderer in terms of his technical knowledge and ability, it is necessary for the tender to be accompanied by the following documents:

professional competence
- Declaration of entry in a commercial register / trade register

- self-declaration of suitability

- Self-declaration of adherence to tariffs and payment of a minimum wage

Economic and financial performance
- Declaration on the existence of the company for at least 5 years

- references

Technical and professional capacity
- Declaration on the use of subcontractors

- If applicable: list of subcontractor services

- If applicable: declaration on the consortium

Additional declarations/documents/evidence to be submitted
