Description

The distribution of services is as follows:- a support service for all the components used (Zookeeper, KAFKA Core, SchemaRegistry, KAFKA Connect, KAFKA Streams and KSQL, Mirror Maker),- a technical expertise service for all these same components,- technical solutions for the security, operation and high availability of the bases.The required levels of availability are as follows:- platform 1: maximum 4 hours of unavailability on major incidents and without data loss,- platform 2: without unavailability on major incidents and without data loss (<100 ms).The support service includes a hotline, accessible 24/7 for certain projects and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days for other projects. In terms of technical expertise, the request may initially focus on an input for the definition of the architectures defined above, as well as on the interconnection of these 2 platforms. Other technical expertise services may be requested at a later stage.
