Description

Part I - implementation of the IT system together with delivery of server infrastructure and software and training of personnel, including: a) adaptation of the Integrated Hospital Information System (HIS) to keep electronic medical records (EDM) in accordance with the requirements of the Healthcare Information System Act of 28.4.2011 in force. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 408 as amended) and making e-services available to patients and medical staff of the Employer in order to improve the quality and availability of health services on the territory of the county of Ostróda by implementing an IT system comprising the following modules: Central Pharmacy, Tender Service Module, Archive of Electronic Medical Documentation, e-documentation, e-Contractor, e-Buyer, e-Reregistration, e-Sults, e-Intelligence, Finance and Accounting, Materials Management, Laboratory, Prescription Module, Management Reports for the Management, Rehabilitation, Sales Register, Fixed Assets and Equipment, Sterilizer Room, BI System,b) delivery and installation of the following server infrastructure and software:- disk array - 1 piece.,- server type 1 and 2 - 6 pieces, - system software - 4 pieces,- UPS - 3 pcs.,- access network - 3 pcs.,- FireWall (UTM) - 1 pcs.,- database software - 1 pc.,- virtualization software - 3 pcs..c) training 120 Employees of the Contracting Authority in the use of modules covered by the implemented IT system, in the use of the supplied system software and in the competence of the HL7 CDA and IHE standards,2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract covered by Part I of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the ToR.3Descriptions included in Annex 2 to To ToRs contain minimum requirements for the products covered by the subject matter of the contract, which means that an Economic Operator may offer products with better technical and/or performance parameters.4 Whenever the Contracting Authority refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems in its ToRs, solutions equivalent to those described are allowed.5 The Economic Operator shall deliver the products covered by the subject matter of the contract to the Contracting Authority's registered office - Ostróda, ul. Władysława Jagiełły 1, to the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority.6The products covered by the subject matter of the contract shall be delivered during the Ordering Party's working days, at the Contractor's own effort and at the Contractor's expense, in non-returnable factory packaging.7 The equipment covered by the subject matter of the contract must be brand new - the year of production not earlier than 2019, unused, complete, technically efficient, together with the required controllers, allowed to be marketed and used, compliant with the requirements specified in the ToR, after installation and commissioning, it must be ready for work without any additional investment purchases.8 The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the contract with respect to health and safety rules. 1 Part II - supply of workstations, tablets and other computer equipment, including: a) type 1 workstation + barcode reader - 20 pieces, b) type 2 workstation - 16 pieces, c) label printer - 1 piece, d) type 1 and 2 laptops - 5 pieces, e) tablet - 12 pieces,f) barcode printer - 1 pc,g) laser printer - 3 pc,h) document scanner - 1 pc,i) Full HD webcam - 2 pc,j) wristband printer - 3 pc,2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract covered by PART II of the contract is in Annex 3 to the PICTURE 3.The descriptions in Annex 3 to the ToR shall contain minimum requirements for the products covered by the subject of the contract, which means that the Economic Operator may offer products with better technical and/or performance characteristics.4 Whenever the Contracting Authority refers in its ToR to standards, European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, solutions equivalent to those described.5The Contractor shall deliver the products covered by the subject of the contract to the Principal's registered office - Ostróda, ul. Władysława Jagiełły 1, to the premises indicated by the Principal.6 The products covered by the subject of the contract shall be delivered on the days of the Principal's work, by the Contractor's own efforts and at the Contractor's expense, in factory, non-returnable packaging.7 The supplied equipment covered by the subject of the contract must be brand new - the year of production not earlier than 2019, unused, complete, technically efficient, together with the required controllers, approved for marketing and use, in accordance with the requirements set out in the ToR, after installation and commissioning, it must be ready to start work without any additional investment purchases.8 The contractor is obliged to carry out the order with respect to health and safety at work.
