Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply and implementation of the following IT systems, server, licensing and maintenance: 1) Software for virtual laboratories for the implementation of virtualization functionalities for the contracting authority;2) Supply of server - 1 pc. 3) Intranet - internal communication system;4) E-learning system to be used in the didactic process by the contracting authority, together with the necessary licenses, implementation, configuration, testing, support, training and integration;5) System for remote examination conducting;A detailed description of the contract subject has been included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply and implementation of IT systems, a server, granting licenses and ensuring their maintenance, which include: 1) Software for virtual laboratories for the realization of virtualization functionalities for the contracting authority;2) Supply of a server - 1 pc 3) Intranet - internal communication system;4) E-learning system to be used in the didactic process by the contracting authority along with the necessary licenses, implementation, configuration, testing, support, training and integration;5) System for the remote conduct of examinations;A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.The subject matter of the contract also includes, among others.The subject matter of the contract also includes the following activities:a) conducting a pre-implementation analysis to clarify the requirements of the ordering party specified in the Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 1);b) delivery, preparation and commissioning in cooperation with the ordering party of the environments necessary for the operation of the IT systems;c) delivery, preparation and commissioning of a test environment to conduct tests,d) familiarizing users with the functionalities and operating principles of the IT systems;f) providing the contracting authority with the software, documentation, and licenses; g) providing the contracting authority with the minimum warranty period of 12 months - the additional warranty period is one of the bid evaluation criteria, which is described in Part XIV of the SWZ.
