Description
The client produces, among other things, non-qualified signature products, qualified electronic signature cards (QES) in accordance with eIDAS as well as electronic ID cards for the German healthcare system, such as the electronic health professional ID card (eHBA), whose applicants are natural persons who must be identified in accordance with the eIDAS regulation using the face-to-face procedure or electronically via the eID function.In the present award procedure, the AG therefore invites tenders for the conclusion of a framework agreement on the provision and performance of identification services for the application of digital qualified long-term certificates for the aforementioned card products.
