Norad is seeking consultant(s) to support and advance our work on trust, privacy and security considerations in the development of digital public goods and in deployments of these in low- and middle-income country settings.The assignment covers two main work streams. It is possible for tenderers to submit tenders covering both work streams or only one of the workstreams.1. Privacy and security2. Security vulnerabilities of foundational open source projects/libraries for digital public goodsBoth work streams of the assignment are planned to start October 1st 2021 and initially cover one year, with the possibility to extend the contract for one additional year. The assignment is planned to cover a total approximately 160 hours per month in total, including both work streams. The value of the total assignment, including both work streams, will not exceed 3,5 million NOK VAT excl. in the first year.
