Description

Delivery and provision of 360o panoramic images, laser point cloud, and road surveillance.
In summer 2020, a road survey for the region of Bottrop, Gelsenkirchen and the district of Recklinghausen including the district authorities - 5 000 to 5 500 km - is to be carried out with the simultaneous acquisition of 360o panoramic images and LiDAR (laser) images. In the case of a congruent superimposition, digitizations and measurements on both data sets must lead to the same results. By converting the acquired laser and image data, a two-dimensional, orthophoto-like, continuous view of the road area is to be generated. 360o panoramic images and LiDAR images are to be used to record all traffic signs, street lighting and light signal systems for the entire traffic area. All data are to be hosted and presented in a web-based viewer and information solution. An e-learning tool is to be provided for this purpose. The support for everything has to be ensured.
