Description

The subject of this invitation to tender is essentially the provision of scanning services for all applications submitted in paper form to the Vienna Social Fund. This applies in particular to applications for housing allowances, but is explicitly not limited to these applications but may include other applications. According to current estimates, these applications, including enclosures for housing subsidies alone, will amount to around 5.0 million pages per year to be processed. The future contractor must scan the applications and thus enable electronic further processing by the customer. In order to realise this tender object, the future contractor must provide all services for the implementation of the following work phases to be processed chronologically: Phase 1 (preparation), Phase 2 (training), Phase 3 (testing) and Phase 4 (implementation).
