Description

The purpose of the contract is:1) to provide data centre premises with at least TIER III (Certification of constructed facility)/Rating 3 site certification (or equivalent, e.g. "as Built") certification, located not more than 50 km and not less than 5 km from the airport site (location: Via Generale Felice Santini, Torre 2, 00054 Fiumicino (RM) - Palazzo EPUA2 (Floor 1) - GPS coordinates 41o47'37.6 "N, 12o15'03.5"), the setup service of the Business continuity site ("BC") and the interconnection lines with ADR's primary data center located at Fiumicino airport;2) The facility management service (power lines, UPS, system monitoring, generating sets, air conditioning, environmental safety, H24 control monitoring) of BC's site and the interconnection lines with ADR's primary data center.The amount of the contract is EUR 1 362 750,00, broken down as follows:1. EUR 209 000,00 'per body' for the service of making available data center premises, setup of the BC site and interconnection lines with the primary data center of ADR/ICT and ADR/EMN;2) 763 750,00 EUR 'a corpo' for the Facility service of the BC site and the management of interconnection lines with the ADR/ICT Primary Data Centre; 3) 390 000,00 EUR 'a corpo' for the facility service of the BC site and the management of interconnection lines with the ADR/IEMN Primary Data Centre;This contract has not been divided into lots as it is already a functional part of the general "Business continuity" initiative; moreover, its technical/operational peculiarity requires a single execution, in order to guarantee the business continuity of the client's data processing infrastructure.Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. (ADR) conducts this tender procedure in the name and on behalf of its subsidiary undertaking, ADRTel S.p.A. (ADRTel), with registered office at Via Pier Paolo Racchetti 1, 00054 Fiumicino (RM) ITALY, which will conclude the contract with the successful bidder.the estimated amounts referred to in points II.1.5) and II.2.6) and the duration referred to in point II.2.7) refer to the full use, if any, of the options referred to in point II.2.11) below; in particular, the duration of 65 months referred to in point II.2).7) is broken down as follows: (i) 2 months for the setup service of the BC site and the interconnection lines with the primary data processing centre of ADR/ICT and ADR/EMN; (ii) 39 months for the subsequent facility service of the BC site and the management of the interconnection lines; (iii) 24 months, maximum duration of the optional extensions.
