The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for the FY23-25 Advance Planning of the USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75) Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH). The CVN 75 RCOH Advance Planning efforts will include: material forecasting; long lead-time material procurement; purchase order development; technical document and drawing development; scheduling; resources forecasting and planning; pre-overhaul tests and inspection; and limited industrial efforts to prepare and make ready for the accomplishment of the CVN 75 RCOH. The requirements will be solicited from Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607. This requirement will be procured, without full and open competition, from the only qualified source capable of performing a RCOH on a large deck nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.
