Description

SAP expertise services and POC design for the Direction Commerce (DSIN), on the scope of MCP invoicing (SIMM application). The contract includes a firm period of 2 years and an optional period of one year.
The services requested concern the SAP editor.The scope of the activities listed below may change throughout the contract: The expertise activity on the BUILD, design of solutions in technological breakthrough, consists of :- To support the Company in the SAP technology watch, and in particular to help in the treatment of the questions of the COMPANY and the answers of the SAP editor- To study the new SAP solutions candidates to build the technical trajectory of the MCP invoicing system by 2030- To design functional architectures and to produce migration trajectories- To organize and train the Company on all types of SAP module answering the activities of CommerceThe activity of realization of POC, consists in realizing POC:- Either by using the available means of the Company- Or by using the means of the Holder.The SAP technical migration tooling expertise activity, consists of providing operational expertise on the conversion/migration tools of all or part of the SAP billing system to the S/4 Hana solutionThe SAP solutions integration expertise activity with other software solutions in hybrid architecture (multi-SaaS or ON PREMISE), consists of studying the components of an exchange architecture - synchronous integration via API, - asynchronous integration via message (e.g.: feeding via Kafka cluster) The SAP Quality/Security expertise activity concerns subjects such as: - Code audit, SAP solution vulnerability - Database and exchange flow encryption - Data anonymisation - Role segregation (SAP GRC access control), privilege management, etc. - Tools and technical solutions to cover the SAP RGPD The technical/functional expertise activity on the ECC6 suite (Current SIMM Invoicing ISU/CRM/BI) consists of:- To provide punctual ISU/CRM/BW expertise to the teams in charge of maintaining the MCP billing system and its integrated CRM in operational condition- To analyse and frame the needs identified as MVP (Site framing) for the functional evolutions requested by the EDF Commerce Businesses - Individual Customers Market- To challenge, if necessary, the SAP integrator's evolution proposals with a constant technological perimeter (design challenge with respect to the SAP standard)- To train the internal teams of the CSC MCP billing system (production of support and training, at the request of the company on a targeted perimeter)
