Description

The Städtisches Klinikum Görlitz gGmbH intends to purchase 2 identical high-performance CTs for comprehensive cardiological, neurological, neuro-radiological, oncological and surgical issues and full maintenance contract.
The Städtisches Klinikum Görlitz gGmbH intends to purchase 2 identical high-performance CTs for extensive cardiological, neurological, neuro-radiological, oncological and surgical issues (including installation planning based on the attached DWG files) and full maintenance contract. Required are 2 computer tomographs (CT) with at least 64 lines and 128 acquired layers per rotation. For all applications it is important to achieve the highest possible dose saving by using all available technical possibilities, e.g. detector material and reconstruction algorithms. A system for recording and analysing events with actual or potential accidental or unintentional medical exposure (according to Euratom guidelines), i.e. a software-based dose management system or intelligent dose management system according to the Radiation Protection Ordinance (StrlSchV) must be included in the scope of delivery. Please note that an offer for a solution that is not maximally available will lead to a mandatory exclusion of the offer! It must be possible to achieve a high image reconstruction rate even with maximum dose savings. The speed, detector technology, beam generation, computer concept as well as software tools must therefore be offered according to the highest available technology standard. Dual energy, multi-energy and spectral energy must be offered optionally. The low-dose multidetector system is suitable for at least 128 layers per cycle. The thinnest layer thickness should be about 0.6 mm. A wide detector coverage of approx. 38 mm and up to 80 seconds of uninterrupted exposure (spiral scanning) are required. The generator power must be - 100 kW. The X-ray source must be suitable for highest demands at maximum tube current. For the examination of e.g. polytrauma patients, the patient support table must be lowerable deeply and have a scanning length of at least 200 cm. The scope of delivery includes an additional monitor for the examination room and optionally a double piston injector, which are attached to a Y-shaped DVE unit with 2 support arms and internal cables for hygienic surface cleaning. Required is an acquisition and evaluation console for immediate image reconstruction in "real time" with an image data memory for approximately 250 000 images. A comprehensive software package for all questions coming from the departments of the hospital as well as a comprehensive DICOM interface is subject of the tender and must be included in the offer to be enclosed. All services such as project planning, project monitoring, configuration of hardware and software, expert acceptance, personnel and user training, etc. must be included in the total price.
