Description
The subject of the contract is the delivery of a computed tomography scanner for the needs of the 1st Department of Public Health in Lublin, Ełk branch, together with unloading, delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning and staff training, as well as adaptation of rooms and disassembly and disposal of the old computed tomography scanner in accordance with the price offer and detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Attachments 1 and 2 to the SWZ (SWZ) and Tables of technical and operating conditions constituting Attachment 3 to the SWZ (SWZ).
