The contractor shall provide the following services:

Provide and deliver Crowd Control Barrier/Barricades in support of the Dover AFB Open House Event.
ï‚·
Shall provide 7,504 linear feet of metal barricades 4'H x 7'W (or similar dimensions)
All barricades are to be delivered and unloaded/picked-up from a predetermined location on Dover AFB selected by the Open House Team POC

All items are to be delivered on 10 September 2019 between 07:30AM and 3:00PM
All items are to be picked up on 17 September 2019 between 07:30AM and 3:00PM

*The Government will provide the predetermined location for the unloading and loading of the barricades to the awarded contractor.

Period of Performance (Rental duration): 10 September 2019 - 17 September 2019

Contractors shall submit their quotes no later than 26 August 2019 at 2:00PM EDT
Notice to all Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor that meets the minimum technical requirement at the lowest price.
