Description
The subject matter of the contract is granting a bank loan to repay previously incurred liabilities due to the issue of securities and loans, as well as to finance the planned budget deficit of the Lower Silesia Voivodship in 2019 - a loan of up to PLN 30,000,000.00. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions of its performance was specified by the Contracting Authority in the model agreement attached as Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. 4 In this procedure, the Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements referred to in Article 29 paragraph 3a of the Act.
