Description

Granting of a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit resulting from the implementation of the investment (including refinancing of costs incurred in the period from 1 August 2020) under the following title: 1) "Reconstruction of the district road no. 2288L Kiełczewice-Leśniczówka-Bychawa improving road safety in the municipalities of Bychawa and Strzyżewice" in the amount of PLN 5 131 000.00.2) "Extension of county road no. 2272L on the section from ul. Głuska to the turning loop in the city of Dominów" in the amount of PLN 1 954 345.00.3) "Rebuilding of county road no. 2297L Zaraszów-Kąty-Wysokie improving road safety in the area of Bychawa and Wysokie municipalities" in the amount of PLN 1 829 555.00: 8 914 900.00 PLN.The duration of the agreement - repayment of the loan until 31 March 2035.Payment of the loan in tranches, with the amount and dates depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, by 31 December 2020 to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.
Payment of the credit in tranches, with the amount and dates depending on the Ordering Party's needs, by December 31st 2020 to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.The grace period for the repayment of the credit principal is until March 31st 2023. The loan principal will be repaid quarterly, on the last day of each calendar quarter (48 instalments), within 12 years (total loan term of 15 years).
