Subject: The Maryland Army National Guard requires NON-personal service to provide Medical Credentialing Coordinator Services which provide centralized healthcare credentialing and privileging support.
Purpose:  Maryland Army National Guard proposes to enter into a Firm-fixed Price contract with a contractor who shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Medical Credentialing Coordinator Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract.
 
Synopsis:
This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribe in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, and subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation W912K6-19-Q-0020 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 Dated December 20, 2018.  This acquisition is set aside for 100 percent for 8(a)/Hubzone.  The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract services providers performing the services herein. Such contract service provider shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The results of this requirement will be a Firm-Fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contract is to provide timely and accurate Credentialing Coordinator Support to the Maryland Army National Guard.
 
Contract Type and Evaluation Criteria:
Award will be made to the most responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the lowest total price that meets the minimum needs of the government.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this quote is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. The small business size standard is 15.0 Million. This acquisitions is set aside 100 percent for Small Business.
