France - Creation and maintenance of green spaces

Description

This consultation concerns the maintenance of green spaces and outdoor areas of the various properties of the Charente-Maritime Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS 17) spread throughout the department of Charente-Maritime. It is broken down into four distinct lots which will be the subject, for each of them, of a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum, executed by the successive issue of purchase orders in application of articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-2 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. Each framework agreement will be single-awarded.
