Description

The subject of the contract is: Rendering services of reading of measurement systems located in the area of operation of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the specimen agreement (with appendices) constituting Appendix 2 to the ToR and in the Technical Manual constituting Appendix 2 to the contract. Detailed information on the areas covered by the provision of reading services under particular tasks and the total number of gas offtake points (PPG) has been specified in Attachment No. 1 to the agreement. Estimated number of readings 1 949 728. (part 1 - 1 047 730 pieces, part 2 - 901 998 pieces).
1. Within the scope of the provided services of readings of measuring systems, the Contractor shall perform in particular the following activities: 1) reading the counter readings of devices operating in the measuring system; 2) verification and updating of numbers and types of devices in the measuring system; 3) checking the sealing of devices in the measuring system and reporting the found irregularities; 4) visual inspection of the measuring system and its elements and reporting the found irregularities; 5) reacting in case of finding leaks in the measuring system; 6) reacting in case of finding irregularities in the operation of the measuring system, in particular: 6) reaction in case of stating irregularities in the operation of the measuring system, in particular: lack of the device, jamming of the gas meter, loud operation of the gas meter, abacus operation of the counter, lack of possibility to read the indication - "illegible counter";7) reaction in case of suspicion of illegal gas offtake by the Customer (offtake of gaseous fuel without the concluded contract for gas supply or with total or partial omission of the measuring system or with the measuring system in which the interference affecting the falsification of measurements made by the system took place);8) reporting cases of damage of gas cabinets or acts of vandalism found within the measuring system; 9) checking the conformity of electronic counter indications in measuring systems:- 9) checking the conformity of the state of the electronic counter indications in the measuring systems: - hourly peaks recorder, - remote reading attachments, - debt collection gas meters, - prepayment gas meters, with the state of the mechanical counter of the gas meter and reacting in case of irregularities;10) completing and updating data on the location of the measuring system, i.e.:- place of installation, - current address of the collection point, - GPS position in case when the Orderer provides location devices, - method of access to the measurement system. 1.
