Description
1. Description
The Commission scolaire des Hautes-Rivières (CSDHR) wishes to obtain the services of a qualified contractor for the maintenance of its chillers located in three (3) high schools and one (1) specialized school: Polyvalente Chanoine-Armand-Racicot, Polyvalente Marcel-Landry, Monseigneur-Euclide-Théberge and École spécialisée Marie-Rivier.
The service required is in four parts: periodic maintenance, complete cleaning for the winter period, start-up at the end of April and repairs.
2. Duration
This contract is valid for a period of three (3) years, beginning on January 1, 2020 and ending on December 31, 2022.
3. Schedule of visits
Non-compulsory visits are planned by appointment, SUBMISSIONERS must contact the representative of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION. (see QUOTATION)
4. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Tender security
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION confirms that no bid security is hereby required.
Performance guarantee
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION confirms that no performance bond is hereby required.
