Description

a) preparation of meals in accordance with the standard of nutrition in force in hospitals, taking into account the possibility of appropriate diets and ensuring adequate composition and calorific value of meals based on the HACCP system in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on Food Safety and Nutrition (Journal of Laws 2015. 594) and in accordance with the list of daily food ration standards for health care institutions prepared by the Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw, b) delivery of meals to the Ordering Party's registered office, c) distribution of prepared meals to individual hospital wards and distribution of prepared meals within the canteen of the Senior Citizen's Home and to the resident's room, current preparation of sandwiches, hot drinks, snacks such as jelly and pudding, d) distribution of neatly served meals to patients under the supervision of an employee of the Employer, e) collection and disposal of food remains, f) washing and brewing dishes after meals.3The Contracting Authority shall make available to the selected Contractor, for a fee, a room with utilities for heating meals, washrooms, cloakroom for the Contractor's employees and rooms for the needs of warehouses, required by separate regulations of the total area of 40 m2, located on the hospital premises, and free of charge a room with utilities and a refrigerator and a heating plate for heating and preparing meals, a washroom, cloakroom for the Contractor's employee and a room for the needs of warehouses on the premises of the Senior Citizen's House4. The Contractor shall pay the Principal a rent of PLN 40.00 (in words: forty zlotys 00/100) per 1 m2 + VAT per month for the following titles: a) charges for central heating + water heating, amounting to PLN 120.00 + VAT, b) charges for electricity of PLN 90.00 + VAT, c) charges for cold water of PLN 45.00 + VAT, d) telephone charges shall be regulated on the basis of a VAT invoice issued on the basis of a billing at rates increased by VAT.The average monthly number of prepared meals is: - breakfast approx. 4 000 portions,- breakfast II approx. 1 300 portions,- lunch approx. 4 000 portions,- afternoon snack approx. 1 300 portions,- dinner approx. 4 000 portions.7The number of meals ordered for patients may vary depending on the number of patients admitted (± 20%) per month.8 Additional meals for patients arriving outside the order (average monthly number) - breakfast - approx. 250 portions, - lunch - approx. 150 portions, - dinner - approx. 200 portions.9The subject of the order also includes the following food products ordered additionally by individual branches, the value of which should be included in the cost of meals: - biscuits (50 g) 130 pcs., - tea (100 g) 550 pcs., - sugar 620 kg, - jelly 60 pcs., - glue 60 pcs., - biscuits 60 pcs., - fruit syrup 30 l.W. The above articles are given in the estimated quantity for the period of 1 year.10.The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor apply diets prepared by a hospital dietitian on the basis of the document "Principles of proper nutrition of patients in hospitals" from 2011 prepared by the Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw edited by prof. dr hab. n. med. Mirosław Jarosz and diets in accordance with the regulations of the "Friendly Senior Citizen's Home", each diets for residents must consist of 5 meals.11The Contractor's Dietician responsible for the preparation of decade-style menus should closely cooperate with the hospital dietician and other authorized employees.12 The preparation of meals will be carried out taking into account the diets used in the local S...
