Code of Classification of the Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: The subject of the contract is the delivery of a laminar chamber, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Department of Medical Biotechnology, Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Gdańsk and GUMed.3. Place of delivery of equipment: Dębinki 1, 80-211 Gdańsk, p. 77.4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 1a to the ToR.5. The order includes: 1) Supply of equipment, its installation and assembly,2) Training in basic operation and maintenance of equipment for 2 persons.6The equipment must: 1) be brand new at the factory, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, except for the use necessary to perform a test of its correct operation, it is required that the equipment has no physical or legal defects, 2) be delivered to the Ordering Party in original factory packaging, the storage of which by the Ordering Party is not required to maintain the guarantee granted, 3) be labelled (including the "CE" marking) in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Act of 13 April 2016. about conformity assessment and market surveillance systems (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 544, as amended),4) in the event that it is an energy using product within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of 14 September 2012 on informing about the energy consumption by energy using products and about controlling the implementation of the labelling programme for office equipment (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 33, item 659, as amended),5) in the event that it is an energy using product within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of 14 September 2012 on informing about the energy consumption by energy using products and about controlling the implementation of the labelling programme for office equipment (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 183, item 659, as amended). The guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers (described in chapter XIV of the ToR). Details concerning the guarantee are included in § 7 of the draft agreement - appendix no. 5 to the ToR.
