Description

The Contractor declares that the offered equipment:1) meets all technical parameters described in Annex 1a and is brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery (does not have physical and legal defects), complete, ready to use without additional purchases and investment,2) is marked (including the "CE" marking) in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 13.4.2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 544, as amended),3) if it is an energy-related product within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of 14.9.2012 on energy labelling of energy-related products (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1790, as amended), or if it is an energy-related product within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of 14.9.2012 on energy labelling of energy-related products (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1790, as amended).) has:(a) labels in Polish attached to the energy-related product, which shall contain information on the energy efficiency class (energy consumption or the impact of the product on energy consumption) and other essential resources (water, chemicals or other substances) used by the energy-related product statute.2As part of the remuneration referred to in § 3 item 1, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) contact the representative of the Contracting Authority referred to in § 5 item 1, 2) contact the Contracting Authority's representative referred to in § 5 item 1, 3) contact the Contracting Authority's representative referred to in § 3 item 1, 4) contact the Contracting Authority's representative referred to in § 5 item 1, 5) contact the Contracting Authority's representative, 5) contact the Contracting Authority's representative, 5) contact the Contracting Authority's representative, 5) contact the Contracting Authority's representative, 5) contact the Contracting Authority's representative, 5) contact the Contracting Authority's representative. 6) before the completion of the order in order to confirm the order completion date, but not longer than specified in § 2,2) incur the costs of transport insurance and any customs fees (if the subject of the contract is subject to customs duty), bring to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, install, install and check the equipment and train at least 2 persons of the Ordering Party,3) deliver the equipment in original factory packaging, the storage of which by the Ordering Party is not required to keep the guarantee granted,4) deliver with the delivery of the equipment the instruction manual and the signed guarantee card,5) provide warranty services in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the contract,5) provide warranty services in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the contract.
