Description
Resilience Integrated Project Team (RIPT) requires the support of one full-time on-site contractor with a background in strategic military analysis with experience and knowledge of developing military risk assessments. Work efforts will deliver against the Layered Resilience Warfare Development Imperative, as outlined in the Warfare Development Agenda.
Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Level of Effort
Base Period: on or about 01 March – 31 December 2022 for a total of 1,500 hours, with a potential of two (2) 12 month option periods (1,800 hours).
The intended procurement method will be International Competitive
Bidding in accordance with Bi-SC Procurement Directive 60-70, Annex B, and Procedures for International Competitive Bidding (2015 Edition). The contract award will be determined based on the contractor(s) whose offer(s) represent the Best Value to NATO.
NATO UNCLASSIFIED
Companies which have performed similar tasking to the requirement described in the solicitation. Contractor personnel performing services under the contract must be citizens of a NATO nation, have appropriate professional training and experience in a related field (s).
Estimated amount for 2022 is $216,000 (Mar – Dec 2022). Estimated amount for 2023 is $260,000: Estimated amount for 2024 is $260,000. Estimated cumulative amount is $ 736,000 (2022 to 2024).
RIPT requires full time support. Services shall be required onsite in Norfolk, VA, USA beginning of contract.
