Canada - Contract to be performed on request for general contractor work HHR

THE PUBLIC BODY DECLARES THE FOLLOWING:
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to issue a call for tenders for the acquisition of Contracts to be performed on demand for general contractor work for the CISSS of Montérégie-Centre.

Background information
The ENTREPRENEUR will be called upon to carry out Works of variable scope during renovation and/or improvement projects.
The CISSS of the Montérégie Centre wishes to issue a call for tenders for a contract to be carried out on request for general contractor work for the CISSSMC for a period of three years. The value of the contract, for all the various projects, is approximately $3,000,000 over the 3-year period (plus tax). The value of each individual project could reach a maximum of $500,000 (plus tax).

The contractor is invited to refer to the technical compliance grid and the broken down price schedule.
Contract duration: 3 years
Renewal option: none
Bid security: according to the terms of the contract
Applicable Agreements: NBQA, ACCQO and ALEC

Bidders must obtain the documents transmitted through Seao. To be valid and considered, submissions must be sent to
file manager and received no later than September 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The time of receipt is deemed to be that of the bid office clock.
Bidders wishing to receive information or clarification on this call for tenders must do so by notifying the file manager in writing by
specifying the tender number, the point covered, the section of the document and the request for information or clarification.
