Within the framework of a negotiated procedure in accordance with § 17 VgV with a preliminary competition, the services of the technical planning of the kitchen technology (KGR 471 and KGR 478) are to be awarded within the scope of the measure "Renovation of the main building" of the Deutsche Bundesbank's head office in Frankfurt am Main.
The Deutsche Bundesbank Head Office in Frankfurt am Main employs around 5,000 staff, who are currently spread over various locations in the city. The property at Wilhelm-Epstein-Straße 14 is to serve as the central location of the Deutsche Bundesbank's Central Office in Frankfurt, which is to be extensively renovated, revitalised and restructured in order to meet future requirements.the current campus consists of 15 existing buildings, some of which are located in a park-like, others in a car park-like environment on the property. As part of the implementation of the "one location strategy", the main building will also be completely renovated and modernised. In addition to the "Main Building Renovation" measure, the entire property will be modernised so that further planning and construction measures can be carried out in parallel and some existing buildings can remain in operation. The measure "Renovation of the main building" comprises the complete renovation and modernisation of the above-mentioned building including the vehicle service and workshops, a fraternity house with oil tank farm and a casino (large canteen). The main building is expected to be completely vacated in summer 2021.The constructional implementation will be carried out in 3 stages (preliminary measure 1, preliminary measure 2 and main measure):In preliminary measure 1, the inventory "art in construction", deconstruction of the art, clearance, gutting and hazardous material decontamination will be carried out and the building will be returned to a quasi-shell construction state.In the preliminary measure 2, the constructive dismantling (load-bearing components), the dismantling of the facade, the dismantling of the roof sealing and the concrete renovation will be carried out In the main measure, the reconstruction of the new metal and concrete facade incl. roof sealing and the complete new construction and modernisation of the main building, the building services incl. The subject of this contract is the planning services for the technical equipment in the plant group "Kitchen Technical Equipment" (KGR 471, 478) of the main measure of the project "Renovation of Main Building". In particular, the following planning disciplines are to be carried out by the contractor:- Planning of a company casino for > 1,000 employees with outsourced outlets;- Planning of an outdoor gastronomy;- Planning of a cafeteria;- Planning of a coffee lounge;- Planning of a sales outlet;- Planning of a canteen kitchen;- Planning of kitchens for executive and guest areas;- Planning of sideboards for special and conference areas;- Planning of special dining rooms;- Planning of facilities for dining and meeting rooms;- Planning of facilities for the kitchen and dining area;- Planning of the kitchen equipment for the main building;- Planning of the technical equipment for the heating house with oil tank storage Planning of facilities for food and beverage preparation;- Planning of areas for food and beverage dispensing;- Planning of refrigeration, storage and logistics areas for food and beverage storage including the associated refrigeration system and similar;- Planning of show cooking areas;- Planning using the BIM method;- Planning of wet waste facilities;- Planning of wet waste facilities;The main tasks of the contractor are:Basic services and special services of LP1 to LP9, in accordance with HOAI 2013, AHO issue no. 14. The performance specifications are provided with the invitation to tender. A step-by-step award of the services is planned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all services.
