Description
The municipality of Ollioules plans to carry out an urban redevelopment programme in the city centre, within a pre-established scope of studies, including in particular
- Place Paul Lemoyne,
- Malraux Square,
- the parking lot of Estienne d'Orves,
- and the square of Europe.
The purpose of this requalification is to organize a district that combines housing, the tertiary sector, shops, but also public cultural spaces and facilities (cinema, toy library/media library, multipurpose exhibition halls, etc.), while maintaining a large and adapted parking offer. The overall estimate of the operation is estimated at EUR 28 375 000 excluding VAT for the construction of all the equipment planned outside the construction of the housing units.
