Bergen Municipality has taken over the old teacher college in Landåssvingen 15, Cadastral No 161 title No 699, 702 and 706.The Landåssvingen 15 project — renovation and alterations, mainly consists of alterations to and a complete renovation of the existing buildings. The project must be carried out as a passive house project and the technical standard must be close to the zero emission level requirements.The building will house the agency for social services, housing and inclusion, with the Inclusion Department's activities, which consist of the Department Office, the introduction centre, and teaching areas for adult education (previously Nygård School). In addition, co-use has been agreed with the Sports Department for the building's sports areas.The builder ombudsman's assignment will be to take care of all services in accordance with the attached instructive service description dated 23.10.2019, and the services described in other parts of the tender documentation.At first there will be responsibility for follow-up of the execution phase of Baunebanen with changing room facilities.Parallel with this, will be responsibility for preparing/coordinating the tender documentation for the demolition contract and the main alterations respectively.An engineering design group has already been established in the project under the auspices of HLM arkitektur, Multiconsult AS, 3RW AS and Smedvig landskap AS, which will assist the builder ombudsman with the preparation of drawings and function descriptions.
