Description
The contract must cover the contracting authority's need for management, operation, maintenance, development consultancy service (Norwegian abbreviation: FDVU)The contracting authority reserves the right to use the contract for larger projects, but is not obliged to do so. For large/special projects the contracting authority can chose to publish individual calls for tenders. The framework agreement can be limited to cases where the service is a minor part and naturally associated to other major building and construction projects or where the contracting authority is covered by other overlapping agreements. Agder County may choose to carry out all or parts of such assignment by own personnel.
