Description
The Government of Jamaica has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Foundations for Competitiveness and Growth Project, through the Planning Institute of Jamaica, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultancy services.
It wants a team of consultants to develop a coordinated management framework for the trade regulatory services of 7 selected agencies.
The aim is to:
- reduce costs (including costs to the users)
- enhance productivity and professional development
- quantum improvement in the ease of doing business in Jamaica through the establishment of a new architectural border management framework
