Description
The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has allocated financing towards the cost of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) readiness support for strengthening Suriname National Designated Authority (NDA).
It is using some of the proceeds to finance this work.
Suriname’s NDA is looking to build capacity to better coordinate GCF matters and to access climate finance.
The objective of this consultancy is to provide coordination of project activities during implementation.
You will:
- support implementation of all project activities
- prepare and submit project reports and disbursement requests to CDB having discussed with the NDA
- supervise the carrying out of all consultancy services and contracts needed for the project
If you express your interest to the CDB you will need to prove you have the qualifications and experience to provide the consultancy.
You will be based in Suriname.
The consultancy is expected to be for 12 months.
