Germany - Construction works for main roads

Description

In the course of the redevelopment of the town centre Murg, called "Neue Mitte Murg", the existing areas from the junction Murgtalstr./ Rathausplatz to the cemetery (West) will be demolished and upgraded. The construction schedule must take into account the building construction: new medical centre building (Neue Mitte building); currently under construction; opening at the turn of the year 2020/2021. In order to facilitate the construction of the existing building, a complete closure of the L154 will be obtained.The following demolition, civil engineering, canal construction, road and path construction as well as open space/equipment work will be required:1) Demolition of paved areas 4 600 m22) New laying of mixed water canal reinforced concrete - DN 1000 mm 205 m:- DN 800 mm 85 m,- DN 600 mm 60 m.3) New laying of drinking water pipeline DN 150 mm GGG 290 m;4) unbound base layers 560 m³;5) drainage concrete base layer 170 m³;6) compactable tree substrates 200 m³;7) natural stone steps (block steps) 140 m;8) natural stone shelves 700 m;9) Natural stone one-liner edgings 1 600 m;10) Natural stone pavement special construction (road) 860 m2;11) Natural stone pavement unbound 2 450 m2;12) Concrete stone pavement unbound 900 m2;13) Asphalt 1 300 m2;14) Street lights (supplied by customer) 25 pcs.;15) Fittings (mainly supplied on site) such as bollards, litter bins, bicycle handle 75 pcs. installed on site. Start of construction: 04/2020 | Completion: 11/2021.
