Description

The subject matter of the present contract are construction works within the project "Modernization of the district heating system along with elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023". - Contract VII - Modernization of district heating networks (2022). The project is co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 Priority Axis I Reducing the Emission of the Economy, Measure 1.7 Comprehensive elimination of low emissions in the Province of Silesia Sub-measure 1.7.2 Efficient distribution of heat and cold in the Province of Silesia.The subject of the contract has been divided into parts. The scope of work includes the construction, reconstruction and replacement of an external heat receiving system and heating network with a length of approx. 1140.65 m, and the construction of 3 heat substations.
The subject matter of the present contract are construction works within the project "Modernization of heating system along with elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023". - Contract VII - Modernization of district heating networks (2022).Part A includes the task: Z5A.15 "Replacement of the external receiving installation 2XDn300 - 2XDn150 on the section from going underground at the KWK Centrum fence towards the buildings at 74 Pułaskiego Street and 110 Wrocławska Street in Bytom".The scope of the construction works includes replacement of the external receiving installation 2xDn300 - 2xDn150 in the technology of preinsulated pipes in the range of diameters: 2 x Dn 250/400 to 2 x Dn 40/110 with a length of about 514.95 m.A detailed description of the subject matter of the order has been included in Part II of the SWZ - OPZ with annexes. a) Commencement of construction works will take place no later than 7 days after taking over the construction site. b) Delivery of the material should be reported for acceptance after taking over the construction site and after meeting the conditions specified in the ZPK (Terms of Reference). c) Technological works enabling heat supply to consumers should be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.09.2022. (d) Final works should be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.12.2022 e) Completion of the subject of the contract - by 8 months from the conclusion of the contract, 2. The Contracting Authority shall set the date for the commencement of acceptance activities and shall notify the contractor in writing or by e-mail within 5 days following receipt of the notification, indicating the place and date of commencement of acceptance activities, which shall commence within 14 days following receipt of the notification.3.The following will be drawn up by the contractor from the acceptance activities: a) a protocol without remarks - constituting the basis for invoicing, b) a protocol with remarks - not constituting the basis for invoicing, not resulting in contractual penalties, c) a protocol with negative results - not constituting the basis for invoicing, resulting in contractual penalties after exceeding the completion deadlines. The subject matter of the present contract are construction works within the project "Modernization of heating system along with elimination of low emissions in the area of the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023". - Contract VII - Modernization of district heating system (2022).Part B includes the task: Z5A.16, Z5B.16 "Reconstruction of external district heating system together with installation of individual heat substations for the needs of consumers supplied from GWC Palińskiego 25 in Bytom". The scope of work includes reconstruction of the district heating network with connections in the area of Palińskiego Street in Bytom, in pre-insulated pipe technology with diameters: from 2 x Dn 50/125 to 2 x Dn 32/110 with a length of approximately 194 m, and construction of 3 heat substations with power QCO 50 kW, QCO 65 kW, QCO 62 kW.A detailed description of the contract has been included in Part II of the SWZ - OPZ with annexes. a) Commencement of construction works shall take place no later than 7 days after taking over the construction site. b) Material deliveries shall be reported for acceptance after taking over the construction site and after fulfilling the conditions specified in the ZPK (Terms of Reference). c) Technological works enabling heat supply to consumers shall be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.09.2022. The subject matter of the present contract are construction works within the project "Modernization of heating system along with elimination of low emissions in the area of the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023". - Contract VII - Modernization of district heating networks (2022).Part C includes the task: Z5A.21 "Reconstruction of 2Dn400 heating network in Elektrownia Street in Bytom".The scope of works includes reconstruction of the existing Dn400 overhead heating network into an underground preinsulated heating network with a length of approx. 187.70 m along with relocation of dampers from the reconstructed section of the overhead network to the existing Dn500 overhead network located in Elektrownia Street in Bytom. a) Construction work shall commence no later than 7 days after the site is taken over. b) Delivery of the material shall be reported for acceptance after the site is taken over and after the conditions specified in the ZPK (Terms of Reference) have been met. c) Technological works enabling heat to be supplied to customers shall be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.09.2022. (c) Technological works enabling heat supply to consumers should be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.09.2022, d) Final works should be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.12.2022, e) Completion of the subject of the contract - by 8 months from the conclusion of the contract, 2. Cyril and Methodego 28 b in Bytom".The scope of works includes reconstruction and construction of district heating network with connections to buildings in Bytom in the area of Św. Cyril and Methodius street and Prosta street, in pre-insulated pipe technology with diameters from 2 x Dn 125/225 to 2 x Dn 32/110 with total length of approx. 244.0 m. Detailed description of the order subject has been included in Part II of SWZ - OPZ with annexes. a) Commencement of construction works will take place no later than 7 days after taking over the construction site. b) Delivery of the material should be reported for acceptance after taking over the construction site and after meeting the conditions specified in the ZPK (Terms of Reference). c) Technological works enabling heat to be supplied to customers should be performed and reported for acceptance by 15.09.2022.
