New construction of two MFH with TG, Ellmösl 19 and 21 - earthworks and sewerage; excavation pit approx. 5 242 m3; district heating pipes 115 m; rainwater drainage (infiltration ditches), incl. pipes for two MFH; sewerage for 2 MFH; Berlin sheeting approx. 53 running metres (t = approx. 3.65 m). General project description: The municipality of Rottach-Egern is constructing two new multi-family houses with TG in solid construction and refurbishing an existing multi-family house (solid construction). Sequence and construction phases: Renovation of an existing building and relocation of tenants from the second MFH to the already renovated MFH. Demolition of the second MFH (in the site plan HS 2). Construction of 2 new MFH with TG. Scope of the new buildings: The two MFH (8-9 residential units per building) will be built as solid construction. TG as STB building between the buildings. Residential floors ground floor, upper floor and ground floor. Eaves max. 6.60 m. Basement of the buildings made of STB with external insulation, external masonry of vertically perforated brick, plastered on both sides, wooden roof truss (gable roof) with insulation between the rafters, brick roofing, one lift per building (UG-DG). Floor slabs in STB, wooden windows, balconies made of STB cantilevered slabs and wooden railings, facade formwork OG/DG, coverings inside tiles and wood, outside concrete paving or concrete slab covering, heating system for all 3 buildings on the property. Heat generation with WP (water/water) and gas boiler (peak load), as well as PV system. Size of the two new buildings each approx. 13.20 x 22.50 m. Pitches TG 27 pieces. Building plot: Building plot adjacent to the Rottach - see aerial photograph/plan. A building site investigation is being carried out. Average altitude of the site approx. 758.80 mNN of the terrain.
