Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the investment task Extension of the rainwater treatment and drainage system in the municipality of Świdnik - construction of a rainwater treatment plant with an inflow canal, retention tank and S-F trench (the project is intended for co-financing from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020). The order includes: 1) construction of inlet channels: a) to the GRP DN 1600 mm pipe treatment plant, b) bypass from the GRP DN 1400 pipe distribution chamber to the tank, c) connection of the distribution chamber with the settling chamber and the GRP DN 1000 pipe separator chamber, d) outlet channels from the separator chamber to the GRP DN 1000 pipe tank, 2) construction of a reinforced concrete sewage treatment plant consisting of the following components: a) construction of the DN 1000 pipe separator chamber and the DN 1000 pipe separator chamber:a) distribution chamber, b) settling chamber, c) separator chamber, d) installation of technological equipment of the treatment plant, 3) construction of roads and maneuvering areas: a) access road made of reinforced concrete slabs, b) maneuvering area made of asphalt concrete, 4) construction of drainage elements: a) construction of a retention tank with its fence, b) construction of a monk with an outlet trench from the tank, c) renovation of the S-F;5 trench, construction of temporary works:a) temporary bypass of the S-F ditch discharging rainwater during the construction of reinforced concrete elements of the treatment plant, b) execution of local drainage reducing the level of groundwater for the execution of the settling tank and separator of the treatment plant, c) execution of a temporary S-F ditch discharging rainwater during the execution of the retention tank, 6) other works:a) removal of gas collision based on technical design, b) removal of water collision based on technical design, c) removal of collision on telecommunication networks based on technical specifications, including possible development of technical design, d) start-up of the sewage treatment plant to ensure the assumed parameters, development of operating instructions, training of employees, etc., e) removal of gas collision based on technical design, f) removal of gas collision based on the technical design, f) removal of gas collision based on the technical design, f) installation of the sewage treatment plant to ensure the assumed parameters, development of operating instructions, training of employees, etc., g) removal of gas collision based on the technical design, g) removal of gas collision based on the technical design, g) installation of the sewage system based on the technical specifications, including possible development of the technical design, g) installation of the sewage treatment plant to ensure the assumed parameters, development of operating instructions.,e) operation of the sewage treatment plant for the warranty period, i.e. 3 years from the final acceptance, at least once a year,f) removal of collisions of rainwater channels fi 1800 and fi 1000 in the area of chamber no. 16 for inclusion of the existing rainwater channels into the newly built rainwater collector;2. Description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in: 1) design documentation.2) general and detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works.
