Description
Oslo kommune v/ Bymiljøetaten (BYM) [Oslo Municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment] invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with rehabilitation of Frogner stadion [Frogner Stadium] and Ullern 2 and 3 artificial grass pitches. The purpose of the procurement is to obtain a Turnkey Contractor for implementation of rehabilitation of Frogner Stadium and Ullern 2 and 3 artificial grass pitches. The Agency for Urban Environment notes that this procurement is part of a larger portfolio of artificial grass pitches that will be announced during 2021/2022. On this basis, the Agency for Urban Environment has chosen to announce this procurement as an open tender contest.
The Frogner stadium artificial grass pitches are 11-a-side fields, but also include the two half circles in each short-end of the pitch. The rehabilitation primarily concerns the following (the list is not exhaustive):• Engineering design of the new artificial grass system and necessary granulate measures• Removal and disposal of the existing artificial grass system• Transferring the pitches to Kultur- og Idrettsbygg (KID) [the Municipal Undertaking for Cultural and Sports Facilities] for inspections and control of the existing cooling pipes under the artificial grass surface• Ground works including levelling of the track foundation• Installation of new artificial grass system with SBR as a feature fill• Establishing necessary granulate measuresRehabilitation of Ullern 2 and 3 artificial grass field (adjoining 11-a-side and 7-a-side pitches) primarily concerning the following (the list is not exhaustive):• Engineering design of the new artificial grass system and necessary granulate measures• Removal and disposal of the existing artificial grass system• Transferring the pitches to Kultur- og Idrettsbygg (KID) [the Municipal Undertaking for Cultural and Sports Facilities] for inspections and control of the existing cooling pipes under the artificial grass surface• Ground works including levelling of the pitch foundation• Installation of new artificial grass system with SBR as a feature fill• Establishing necessary granulate measures• Improvements to ball-catcher nets and fences• Option 1 - Establishing artificial grass surface on the adjacent area• Option 2 - Establishing asphalt surface on the adjacent area• Option 3 - Establishing asphalt surface on footpath
