Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a sanitary sewage system in Borówna - stage I in accordance with the scope indicated in the map attachment (section from S2.1 through S2.5 and up to S2.42 together with these wells and all works necessary to be performed in order to be included in the active sanitary network together with the departures to the property) - attachment No. 14 and execution of as-built documentation together with obtaining (partial) on behalf of the Ordering Party, a permit to use the newly built sewage system.2A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the design documentation (Annex 11 to the ToR).3. Other requirements concerning the description of the subject of the contract are specified in the Terms of Reference.
