Description

Redesign of the outdoor facilities at the Küstengymnasium Neustadt i.H. with schoolyard and sports areas and green spaces.
Gardening and landscaping work, civil engineering workSize of site: approx. 10,500 m2- Construction site set-up, measurement and staking out of the construction measure, securing of the construction site- Demolition measures: Demolition of various paved areas, synthetic sports surfaces with asphalt, fixtures and technical equipment- Earthworks: Removal of turf, removal of base layers, soil removal, soil installation, installation of fill soil and fill sand, soil modelling, cable and pipe trenches, soil disposal- Drainage: Drainage pipes (approx. 1.000 m) under all sports areas and behind angular retaining walls, including manholes- Sewage systems: installation of rainwater pipes up to DN 300, manholes and connections, street drains, drainage channels and facade channels- Power installations: installation of pole lights and area spotlights with poles, laying of underground cables- Fencing: Installation of bar fences (height approx. 2.00 m) and ball fences (4.00 m and 5.00 m high)- Wall structures: Installation of several angle retaining walls up to construction height 4.05 m, installation of railings on angle retaining walls as fall protection- Stairs: Installation of several staircases made of granite block steps- Paved areas: Production of paved areas (approx. 2,800 m2) of concrete paving in various formats; production of paved areas on underbuilt areas (approx. 300 m2), partly in bonded construction, of concrete paving and natural stone paving with drainage channels and inspection shafts; production of paving channels; installation of kerbs (approx. 1,500 m); approx. 1,300 m of pavement cutting- Sports field areas: Construction of synthetic surfaces for 100 m track (approx. 900 m2), long jump run-up track (approx. 200 m2) and two multi-playing fields (approx. 600 m2), artificial turf field (small playing field, approx. 1,000 m2), beach volleyball facility (approx. 350 m2) and long jump pit (approx. 50 m2)- Fixtures: Installation of various fixtures (benches, litter bins, bollards, bicycle racks, etc.) and fixtures for sports facilities (goals, volleyball posts, table tennis tables, etc.)- Vegetation areas: Tree pits, planting of high trunks (26 pieces) and topiary (6 pieces) as well as several planting areas (approx. 1,000 m2), production of lawns (approx. 3,000 m2); completion and development maintenance.
