With reference to paragraph II.1.4), the estimated value of the investments is EUR 1 200 654 000,00 of which: - EUR 134 116 000.00 for the maximum value of compensation to be paid to the outgoing concessionaire company SATAP S.p.A., for the A21 section, - EUR 171 498 000.00 for the maximum value of compensation to be paid to the outgoing concessionaire company Società Autostrada Torino-Ivrea-Valle d'Aosta S.p.A., - EUR 895 040 000,00 gross of the sums available for new works aimed at making road infrastructure safe, including design costs - categories and classes of works - the total estimated amount of works relating to the new works indicated above, excluding sums available and VAT, is EUR 683 920 000,00. Pursuant to Article 48(2) of the Code, the design service is identified as the principal service in proportion to the amount: S.03 Structures. The total amount of the design costs is EUR 48,77 million. In addition to the above mentioned interventions, additional extraordinary maintenance interventions, not subject to auction discount, must be foreseen for the entire period of the concession, which will be identified annually by the grantor, for an annual amount equal to: - EUR 2 000 000,00 for the A21 motorway section, - EUR 1 500 000,00 for the A5 motorway section, the A4/A5 Ivrea Santhià and SATT link road.
