General contractor services (all planning services according to HOAI LPH 2-8 in parts and construction services) for the turnkey construction of a residential complex in timber or timber hybrid construction:New construction of a residential building as an efficiency house 40 EE 55 (KfW subsidy program) with at least 110 residential units, 1-2 commercial units and outdoor facilities.
