Description

Works contract in connection with the construction of company housing at the Joseph Cugnot high school in Neuilly-sur-Marne (93). Located to the west of the town of Neuilly-sur-Marne (93), the Lycée Nicolas Joseph Cugnot is a multi-purpose high school training in the automotive industry. Opened in September 1976, the school has not undergone any major renovation except for the complete refurbishment in 1998 of the kitchen area and its annexes. It currently has 593 students (number of students at the start of the 2014 school year) in 33 divisions. Access to the school is from 55 bis boulevard Armand. Located on the edge of town, its immediate environment is mixed: the school is located between a suburban area (west and south) and an industrial area parallel to the railway line (east). To the north, an EDF high-voltage line runs along the rue Louis Vannini (D301). The purpose of this operation is the construction of the company housing building.
