Description
HTM will replace the current red-beige trams with new low-floor trams, which means that the routes of the lines on which these trams currently run (1, 6, 12 and 16) must be adjusted. In addition, within the framework of the Equal Treatment Act, the bus stop platforms must be made accessible for people with physical disabilities (platforms must be longer, wider and higher). This concerns the section of tramline 16 from the intersection Melis Stokelaan with the Loevesteinlaan up to and including the Jonckbloetplein.
