Description

Construction of an NGA network including house connection management and construction of house connections in the municipalities and towns of Lenzkirch, Feldberg (Black Forest) and Friedenweiler.
The client plans the installation of a NGA network (FTTB) on a part of the territory of the municipality of Lenzkirch (Lenzkirch II). The aim is to eliminate the white spots that still exist there. The project is to be funded in accordance with the directive "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" and the administrative regulation of the Ministry of the Interior for co-financing funding from the directive to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany (VwV Breitbandmitfinanzierung) and VWV Breitbandförderung. The provisional funding decision dated 17.12.2019 for the project is attached in the annex provisional funding decision dated 17.12.2019. Overall, investments in a total amount of approximately EUR 24,568,140.00 (gross) are planned for the expansion of the NGA network (FTTB). For the backbone, investments of around EUR 2,081,320.00 are planned. A total of approx. 799 FTTB house connections are planned. The project comprises:- New line construction (paved surface): 48,320 m- New line construction (unpaved surface): 14,638 m- Cable feed into existing empty conduits: 29,251 m- FTTB distributors (cabinets and/or shafts): 59 units- POP prefabricated buildings and/or cabinets: 3 units The planning status will be communicated accordingly with the invitation to tender in the next stage of the procedure. The contracting authority is planning to set up an NGA network (FTTB) in part of the district of the municipality of Lenzkirch (industrial estate). The aim is to eliminate the white spots that still exist there. The project is to be funded in accordance with the directive "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" and the administrative regulation of the Ministry of the Interior for co-financing funding from the directive to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany (VwV Breitbandmitfinanzierung) and VWV Breitbandförderung. The preliminary funding decision of 02.03.2020 for the project is attached in the annex preliminary funding decision of 02.03.2020. The contracting authority plans to set up an NGA network (FTTB) in part of the Feldberg municipality (Feldberg II). The aim is to eliminate the white spots that still exist there. The project is to be funded in accordance with the directive "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" and the administrative regulation of the Ministry of the Interior for co-financing funding from the directive to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany (VwV Breitbandmitfinanzierung) and VWV Breitbandförderung. The contracting authority is planning to set up an NGA network (FTTB) in part of the district of the municipality of Friedenweiler. The aim is to eliminate the white spots that still exist there. The project is to be funded in accordance with the directive "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany" and the administrative regulation of the Ministry of the Interior for co-financing funding from the directive to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany (VwV Breitbandmitfinanzierung) and VWV Breitbandförderung.
