Germany - Construction work for pipelines, telecommunications and power lines

Description

Execution of civil engineering works in the gas, water, electricity and district heating network as well as pipe construction works in the gas and water network of Bonn-Netz GmbH over the period of 4 years with optional extension. The contract can be extended a maximum of twice for two years each time (a total of 8 years contract term is possible).
In the area of small construction sites up to 10 m longitudinal excavation, the Contractor shall always provide at least one underground construction crew. For network maintenance (HA - new connections, renewals, faults...), one underground construction crew each shall be provided by the Contractor (in this case underground construction contractor) for the area of pipe network/network operation and for the area of cable network/network operation. The deployment of the civil engineering crews shall be ensured throughout the year. On-call duty can be offered as an option. If there is an overlap between the daytime crew and the availability for on-call duty, a new crew must be provided for the on-call duty. The AzSchG must be complied with.Note on minimum criteria required:- For underground line construction, the minimum requirements in accordance with DVGW worksheet GW 381/ AGFW FW 600 and VDE-AR- N 4220 must be demonstrated.- Entry in the register of craftsmen as a road builder For the gas-water network/cable network/district heating network area, five underground construction crews must be provided by the Contractor (in this case, underground construction contractor). The civil engineering team deployed in the cable network area shall be provided for the on-call service (item 19651) at intervals of approx. 4-5 weeks. The use of the civil engineering crews shall be ensured throughout the year. As soon as the capacity of five crews is reached, this shall be notified to the Principal. With the notification of the achieved capacity of five crews, an indication of the expected duration of the full utilization shall be given.Minimum criteria:- For the execution of gas and water pipe laying and repair work, at least a DVGW certificate GW 2 and proof of corresponding work (references) is required.- Proof of asbestos expert according to TRGS 519 for work on asbestos pipelines- For underground pipeline construction, the minimum requirements according to DVGW worksheet GW 381/ AGFW FW 600 and VDE-AR- N 4220 must be proven.- Entry in the register of craftsmen as road builder
