On Friedrich-List-Platz 2 in 01069 Dresden, the new construction of the joint headquarters of DREWAG and ENSO with 2 high-rise cores is planned and connects to the City Genter from the south. The construction site borders on Lindenaustraße in the south. To the east is Fritz-Löffler-Str. with tram tracks and to the west a neighbouring plot with lower buildings. The new building is planned with 2 basement levels, the excavation pit is approx. 9 m deep. The cubic structure, staggered in height, encloses a rectangular courtyard with its lower 5 storeys and forms a 6-storey and a 13-storey tower on its north and south sides. A building with approx. 27,200 m2 gross floor area is being constructed, of which approx. 8,000 m2 is underground gross floor area in 2 basement levels, mainly used as an underground car park.
In the new building headquarters of ENSO and DREWAG, the building automation/room automation of the floors is carried out by means of automation focal points, which communicate with each other via a complex GA network.protocols:1.
