Description

The subject matter of the contract is to prepare project documentation, obtain relevant decisions (including a decision on a building permit/notification regarding construction works), construction together with the submission of a notice of completion of construction works or an application for a decision on the use of the built infrastructure to the competent construction supervision authority and obtain no objection to the use of the built infrastructure or a legally valid decision on the use of water supply and sewage system in Ciemne and Radzymin, including: - construction of a DN 315 PVC gravitational sanitary channel with a total length of approx. L=1,68 km,- construction of a DN 200 PVC gravitational sanitary sewer with a total length of approx. L=6,06 km,- construction of 455 sections of the DN160-DN200 sewerage network (hereinafter referred to as the sewer branches) in the road lanes of the streets listed in point. 1.1.1., including: - DN200 - 30 pcs. (from the main canal to side roads, plots of land intended for roads and property),- DN160 - 425 pcs. The sewage branches are to be connected to all the properties by the constructed ducts. In the case of residential plots, the scope of design includes the section of the sewerage system from the sanitary sewer in the street to the place of incorporation of sewage from buildings located in private properties. In the case of undeveloped plots of land, the design includes a sewage system terminated with a sewage well within the plot. The construction of the designed sewage branches covers the section from the sanitary sewer in the street to the boundaries of private property. The final number and diameter of sewage branches will result from the design solutions adopted on the basis of the current geodetic divisions of the property preceded by a vision in the field. In justified cases (e.g. large amount of generated sewage within the property, for which the DN 160 connection will be insufficient, the Ordering Party allows to increase the DN160 branch diameter to DN200) - construction of 6 sanitary sewage pumping stations; - construction of DN 90-160 mm PEHD pressure sewer with a total length of approx. L = 1.0 km; - construction of the DN 110-160 PEHD water supply system with the total length of approx. L = 8.41 km; - construction of 454 sections of the DN40-DN160 water supply network from the main network (hereinafter referred to as water supply branches) in the road strip, including: - DN110 - 29 pieces. (from the main water supply system to side roads and land plots intended for roads),- DN40-50 - 425 pcs. (from the main water supply system to the borders of the property, diameter selection depending on the demand for water, plot destination. If a road is separated on a plot during the course of design works or planning by the owner of the separated road plot within the plot, a DN63-110 branch diameter should be provided for in accordance with future demand. Water supply branches are provided for all undeveloped and built-up properties without a water supply connection and side roads and land plots intended for roads.the scope of design and construction of water supply branches in the case of built-up and undeveloped plots includes a section of water supply system from the water supply system in the street to the private borders of the properties. The final number of water supply branches and the adopted diameters will result from design solutions adopted on the basis of the current surveying divisions of the properties preceded by a vision in the field.including the gas pipeline in Laskowa Street in Ciemno, as well as the construction of rainwater sewage system (covering a ditch) in the event that it is necessary to locate a water supply system/ sewage system at the side of the road occupied by a drainage ditch in Wołomińska Street.
