Description

Part 1.Conversion of the existing heat distribution network into a preinsulated pipe network with connections to buildings located at Niepodległości Avenue, Bielska Avenue, Cyganerii Street, Ciasna Street and Czysta Street in the C-2 housing estate in Tychy with a total length of about 1030mb.Part 2.Rebuilding of the existing heat distribution network into a network in pre-insulated pipe technology with connections to buildings located at Niepodległości Avenue, Cyganerii Street, Czysta Street, Czechowa Street, Curie-Skłodowska Street and Grota-Roweckiego Street in housing estate C-3 in Tychy with total length of about 2242mb.
The reconstruction of the heating network should be carried out in particular: Part 1a) Preparatory works, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the district heating network (without the sections marked on the map according to attachment_10_Map of the housing estate). C-2 Tychy - geodesy)and site development,b) order and delivery of pre-insulated fittings and heat pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the subject of the order,c) use electrically welded sockets - it is allowed to use radially cross-linked heat shrink sockets for diameters of the outer casing smaller or equal to Dz 160,d) installation of a pre-insulated heating network together with an alarm system in accordance with the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works from fittings and preinsulated pipes with bold insulation DN32-100 of the total length of the heating network ~1030mb,e) lay a 2xRHDPE DN40/3.7 secondary sewerage secondary sewerage system for data transfer cables in accordance with the "Guidelines for the construction of secondary sewerage systems in the construction of district heating networks" and make a detailed assembly as-built scheme with geodesic measurement,(f) testing of all (100 % of the number) of joints welded by visual and radiographic methods (if the radiographic method is not possible, penetration or magnetic-powder tests may be carried out with the consent of the Supervisor),g) strict as-built documentation of the alarm system, i.e. installation diagrams, reflectometric diagrams, resistance measurements,h) strict as-built geodesic documentation of the district heating network, i.e. positions of all welds, land ordinates, rows of tops of district heating pipes and spacing of their axes, field sketches with appropriate signs allowing for their easy connection, geodesic documentation must be made on an ongoing basis as the installation works of the district heating network progress. The nominal diameter of the line pipe and the outer diameter must be given, using a designation such as 2c600/800 for single pipes, c40+40/180 for double pipes and the symbol 2t40 for secondary sewerage; two continuous lines shall be used for single pipe axes; before submitting as-built surveying documentation to the surveying resources, it should be approved by the Customer, dismantled heating networks should be removed from the map in the surveying resources and marked as inactive; information about the completed task should also be submitted to the surveying department in order to update the data in the surveying register of the so called "as-built". ZUD.i) if necessary, make a traffic organization project and set up road signs and information boards according to this project,j) reconstruct the surface along with renovation of the area to a condition not worse than the existing one,k) waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations in this respect,l) secure the technical infrastructure in the place of intersections or close-ups to heating pipes in accordance with the requirements of the owners / managers of this infrastructure,m) permanent marking of fittings, red power supply, blue return,n) if during the execution of the subject matter of the order collisions between the heating network under construction and the installations are revealed: water supply, sewage, gas, electricity, telecommunication, underground, above-ground or other construction objects placed underground, then the Contractor undertakes, in cooperation with the Contracting Authority, to determine the method and time of their liquidation. The remaining description of the order in accordance with chapter III item 2.3.p) to t) and items 2.4 to 2.6 in the ToR In the course of reconstruction of the heating network, in particular:Part 2a) preparatory works, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the heating network (without sections marked on the map according to appendix_11_Mapa os. C-3 Tychy - geodesy)and site development,b) order and delivery of pre-insulated fittings and heat pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the subject of the order,c) use electrically welded sockets - it is allowed to use radially cross-linked heat shrink sockets for diameters of the outer casing smaller or equal to Dz 160,d) installation of a preinsulated heating network together with an alarm system in accordance with the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works from fittings and preinsulated pipes with bold insulation DN25-200 with the total length of the heating network ~2242mb,e) lay a 2xRHDPE DN40/3.7 secondary sewerage secondary sewerage system for data transfer cables in accordance with the "Guidelines for the construction of secondary sewerage systems in the construction of district heating networks" and make a detailed assembly as-built scheme with geodesic measurement,(f) testing of all (100 % of the number) of joints welded by visual and radiographic methods (if the radiographic method is not possible, penetration or magnetic-powder tests may be carried out with the consent of the Supervisor),g) strict as-built documentation of the alarm system, i.e. installation diagrams, reflectometric diagrams, resistance measurements,h) strict as-built geodesic documentation of the district heating network, i.e. positions of all welds, land ordinates, rows of tops of district heating pipes and spacing of their axes, field sketches with appropriate signs allowing for their easy connection, geodesic documentation must be made on an ongoing basis as the installation works of the district heating network progress. Two continuous lines should be marked with the axes of single pipes; before submitting as-built surveying documentation to the surveying resources, it should be approved by the Customer, dismantled district heating networks should be removed from the map in the surveying resources, and disconnected from operation should be marked as inactive; information about the completed task should also be forwarded to the surveying department in order to update the data in the surveying register of the so-called ZUD.i) if necessary, make a traffic organization project and set up road signs and information boards according to this project,j) reconstruct the surface along with renovation of the area to a condition not worse than the existing one,k) waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations in this respect,l) secure the technical infrastructure in the place of intersections or close-ups to heating pipes in accordance with the requirements of the owners / managers of this infrastructure,m) permanent marking of fittings, red power supply, blue return,n) if during the execution of the subject matter of the order collisions between the heating network under construction and the installations are revealed: water supply, sewage, gas, electricity, underground telecommunication, overground or other construction objects placed underground, then the Contractor undertakes, in cooperation with the Contracting Authority, to determine the method and time of their liquidation. The remaining description of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with chapter III item 2.3.p) to t) and 2.4 to 2.6 in the ToR.
